⛩ In the world of Gachiakuta, Riyo advances with a precision that reassures her allies and unsettles her enemies. At first seen as a meticulous scout for the Cleaners, she soon reveals herself as a true strategist shaped by the rigours of the field and guided by a simple ethic, protect the team above all. Her strength does not lie solely in her Vital Instrument, a pair of scissors designed for close combat and fine manoeuvres. It shows in how she observes the No Man’s Land, listens to vibrating metal, feels the air shift in a service stairwell, or spots a shadow that stays too still behind a plastic curtain. Riyo can recognise a trap from the way silence tightens, distinguish the footsteps of a hurried Raider from those of a patient lookout, and identify areas where Trash Beasts like to emerge.

Her training was forged through missions that went wrong, collapsing routes and plans rewritten on the spot, with steady breathing and a clear voice through the comms collar. She approaches progression like a craftsman approaches material, multiplying support points, checking blind spots, always keeping a spare mask ready for the one who lost theirs. With Rudo, Riyo establishes a direct dialogue, channelling impulse into useful trajectories. With Enjin, she combines method and coverage, ensuring the intended opening truly matches the safe retreat. This collaboration shapes her into a discreet leader whose presence imposes itself through efficiency. Her personality evolves as operations unfold. At first, she applies procedures with almost academic fidelity. Quickly, she expands her mental map, speeds up her analysis and dares calculated shifts that surprise the Raiders. She keeps a restrained warmth, subtle humour and an almost maternal attention toward anxious recruits. She does not idealise bravery. She chooses the path that saves, rejects pride that costs lives, recalls the mission and protects the people. It is this coherence that makes Riyo memorable in Gachiakuta, a young woman who turns fear into controlled movement and extracts from each terrain a lesson for the future.
